Warm Up

Lanes 1+2

200 Choice + 4×50 B/S kick 15 secs rest between each one)

Lanes 3+4

250 Choice + 6×50 B/S kick 15 secs rest between each one)

Lanes 5+6

300 Choice + 6×50 B/S kick 15 secs rest between each one)

Main Set

Wait for all swimmers in your lane to finish between each mini set e.g. 6 x 25. Each swimmer takes their rest interval based on the clock e.g. 15 or 20 seconds. Do not take longer or less than the rest interval given

Notes:

Descend means to do each interval faster e.g. 75metre #1 75 slow 70%, #2 Medium 75%, #3 Fast 80-85%

Build means to go faster through the swim e.g. for 75 metres 1st lap 25m slow, 2nd 25 lap steady, 3rd lap 25 fast
