Wednesday – Medley transitions

Warm-up:

6 x 75m (25, swim, 25 kick, 25 drill), swam as 1-3 F/S, 4-5 Choice, 6 F/S

6 x 25m Build @45s (2 x F/S, 2 x Fly single arm by 3 and full stroke by 3, 2 x Choice)

 

Main Set:

8 x 50m Fly to B/S (25m Fly, 25m B/S) Work on turn technique

10 minutes B/S to Br/S turns with full Br/S pullout

8 x 50m B/S / Br/S (25m B/S, 25m Br/S) work on key points from turn practice and fast B/S into turn

8 x 50 Br/S to F/S – focus on speed from turn into F/S with fast 25m F/S

 

Cool Down:

Relays and EZ 100m-200m F/S or B/S
